PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONDITIONS

Used Terms Data Controller: AM Family, s.r.o., Svätý Kríž 192, 032 11, Svätý Kríž (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”) Client: A natural or legal person using the services of the operator. (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”) Regulation: (Regulation) of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. 1. The subject of these conditions is to ensure the processing of personal data of guests obtained within the business, advertising, and marketing activities of the accommodation facility and to establish the obligation to maintain confidentiality regarding this obtained information to the extent and under the conditions specified by these conditions.

1. 1. The accommodation facility/operator, in accordance with these conditions, undertakes to process the personal data of guests. These conditions are created within the scope of rights and obligations arising from the relevant legal regulations, especially the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, General Data Protection Regulation.

RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, AND CONFIDENTIALITY

1. 1. The accommodation facility/operator undertakes to take technical, personnel, and other necessary measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to guests’ personal data, their alteration, destruction, loss, unauthorized transfer, unauthorized processing, or other misuse.

1. 1. In connection with the provision of accommodation services, the operator is obliged to process guests’ personal data. Only authorized persons work with these data.

1. 1. The staff of AM Family, s.r.o. has been informed about the sensitivity of personal data. They handle guests’ personal data exclusively within the services provided by the accommodation facility Drevenica Lesanka, Demänovská Dolina. The accommodation facility/operator and its staff do not provide guests’ personal data to other entities, any other service providers, or other personal data processors.

INFORMATION ABOUT CLIENTS

1. 1. The accommodation facility/operator has a legal obligation to store certain personal data of its guests, namely: name, surname, date of birth, permanent residence address, ID document number and type, visa, or documents proving the purpose of stay. This obligation is governed by the Act on the Residence of Foreigners, No. 404/2011 Coll. and the Act on Local Taxes and Fees for Municipal Waste and Small Construction Waste No. 582/2004 Coll. According to these legal regulations, the accommodation facility/operator is required to keep these personal data for 5 years.

1. 1. Besides the legally required personal data, the accommodation facility/operator also processes and stores the email address and phone number. These personal data are used for communication before, during, and after the guest’s stay at the accommodation facility and for advertising and marketing purposes by AM Family, s.r.o.

1. 1. The client has the right to request an overview of their personal data from the operator at any time. These data are recorded and stored in the Book of Guests. A notarized request for data deletion must be sent by registered mail to the accommodation facility address. In the case of a legitimate request for data deletion, the accommodation facility will remove the guest’s personal data. However, the accommodation facility/operator must comply with the above laws, and the listed personal data can be deleted only after the legally specified period has passed.

TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL DATA PROTECTION

The accommodation facility/operator undertakes that authorized persons and staff who process personal data will do so only to the extent specified by the accommodation facility. Authorized persons and staff processing personal data will maintain confidentiality about these data as well as about security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise data security.
