ACCOMMODATION RULES DREVENICA LESANKA

Dear guests,

Thank you for choosing the recreational facility “Drevenica Lesanka” for your stay. We kindly ask you to follow the accommodation rules for safety reasons and out of respect for the surrounding nature and interpersonal relationships.

Reservation and Booking

1. Accommodation of guests in the recreational facility takes place based on a binding reservation and payment of the reservation fee – deposit.
2. The reservation of the stay in the recreational facility is considered binding only after receiving and crediting the deposit amounting to 30% of the total stay price to the Lessor’s account.
3. The Lessor will promptly confirm the receipt of the deposit and the binding confirmation of the stay reservation to the Guest.
4. Cancellation policy: The Lessor is entitled to charge compensation for the loss incurred from a canceled stay – a cancellation fee from the paid deposit if the Guest cancels their stay reservation in writing or electronically within the following time limits:
   • More than 40 days before arrival: No cancellation fee. The deposit will be refunded in full within 3 days from the written cancellation to the account from which the deposit was sent.
   • 39 – 21 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 50% of the paid deposit.
   • 20 – 14 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 70% of the paid deposit.
   • 13 – 0 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 100% of the paid deposit.
   Depending on the occupancy and possibilities of the recreational facility, the Guest may be offered an alternative stay date under the same conditions as the canceled stay, with the paid deposit fully accepted. In case guests end their stay earlier than agreed upon in the reservation, the difference in the payment for the stay is not refunded.
5. Accommodation of persons under 18 years of age without an adult is not allowed.
6. Pets are not allowed in the facility.

Refundable Deposit

1. The refundable deposit for the recreational facility is an individually determined payment ranging from 300 € to 1000 €, payable upon arrival. The refundable deposit serves to cover any potential damage caused by the Guest to the facility.
2. The Guest pays the refundable deposit in cash on the day of arrival. The Guest is informed about the condition and completeness of the facility’s inventory upon arrival. Any deficiencies must be reported immediately to the Lessor. Failure to do so grants the Lessor the right to charge the Guest for any damage or missing inventory as if caused by the Guest.
3. The refundable deposit will be returned to the Guest’s account no later than 3 days after the stay ends, following the inspection and confirmation of no damage to the facility by the Lessor.
4. The Lessor will not refund the deposit or will refund only part of it in case of damage or theft of the inventory, depreciation of the facility, loss of keys, etc.

Accommodation Conditions

1. Only a registered Guest may stay at the recreational facility. Upon arrival, the Guest must present a valid ID, passport, or other official identification to the Lessor as per the Act No. 253/1998 Coll. on the residence reporting of citizens of the Slovak Republic and the Register of Residents and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
2. Any non-Slovak citizen (foreigner) must fill out and submit an official accommodation registration form to the Lessor as per Act No. 404/2011 Coll. on the residence of foreigners. The Guest must provide accurate and complete data.
3. If unregistered persons are found in the facility, the Lessor reserves the right to charge a contractual penalty of 100 € per person using the recreational facility without notification.
4. Guest arrival: Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, with the specific time arranged with the Lessor approximately one hour before arrival. If the Guest does not announce their arrival by 20:00, the Lessor may freely dispose of the accommodation capacity after 20:00 unless otherwise agreed.
5. The full accommodation amount, including the refundable deposit and stay fee, must be paid upon check-in.
6. Guest departure: Check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed. On departure, the Lessor requires the facility to be returned in the same condition as received:
   • Clean kitchenware and kettle,
   • Empty the refrigerator of food,
   • Dispose of all garbage in the designated area.
   A fee of 200 € will be charged for extraordinary contamination of the facility (e.g., mud, vomit, heavily soiled bedding, chewing gum, not using indoor footwear, etc.).

General Provisions

1. Guests must fully respect that the recreational facility “Drevenica Lesanka” is located in the Low Tatras National Park. They must follow the rules of stay in this area, especially:
   • not producing excessive noise,
   • not using pyrotechnics,
   • relaxing without disturbing the peaceful natural environment.
   Guests must observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00.

Booking via Booking.com

1. Reservations via the platform www.booking.com are subject to the conditions listed on the website.
2. In case of cancellation, the Booking.com policy applies.

Final Provisions

1. Both the Guest and the Lessor are obligated to comply with these accommodation rules.
2. Violation of the rules:
   • The Lessor reserves the right to terminate accommodation without any refund.

This accommodation policy is effective from 01.01.2023.
